Hungry Jacks Beldon was a fast track refurbishment and alteration of an existing building to create a new retail food outlet. This contract was fully project managed by ourselves by engaging engineers to design all structural and mechanical requirements, liaising with surveyors for energy efficiency and DDA compliance as well as attaining CDC and a building licence.
