The Hungry Jacks Busselton store was fully project managed contract by Urbanique to develop a new food outlet utilizing the existing structure of a previous food retail outlet. Using the design drawings we engaged mechanical and structural engineers and a building surveyor to complete a Certificate of Design Compliance and then a building license. We used both local and Perth based contractors on the project to deliver the contract over a six week timeline whilst maintaining the client budget.
